Now a days parents are worried a lot as their children lack concentration and get distracted at the drop of a hat during studies. Here are few suggestions that would help such children-
1. Hakuna matata (No worries)
See that your children do not worry about anything. Make them feel secure. Clarify all their doubts. Have healthy conversations with them.
A good rest gives way to rejuvenation. Allow your children to rest in a peaceful and comfortable place.
Parents should allow the children to listen to classical music by allotting a time from their busy schedule for this.
Take your children for an outing whenever possible. If your budget doesn't allow you to do so, then take them to the zoo or a park or visit a market where they can feast on the colours, smell and happiness.
Make their tasks smaller, do not overburden them. Being able to complete smaller tasks help them feel accomplished.
See that they exercise daily for at least 20 minutes.
7. Vitamin D
Daily dose of vitamin D is necessary. Allow them to bask in the sunlight for few minutes everyday.
Avoid excessive use of gadgets (T.V, phones, etc.). Minimize whatever distractions they have.
Finally if nothing works, visit the doctor.
